The full list is Belarus, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldavia (Republic of Moldova), Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan!
